What are wellness lattes?
Healthy hot or iced drinks including nutrient-dense ingredients that provide benefits beyond your daily dose of caffeine.
How to make a wellness latte:

For a hot wellness latte, heat 6 oz milk of choice, then pour over mix and stir.
For an iced wellness latte, pour 4 oz cold milk of choice over mix, stir and add ice.

Stella Sugar
mixes by Music is a certified reseller for organic beet sugar. Our beet sugar is organically grown and processed in Bloomingdale, IL. We’ve coined our brand of beet sugar “Stella Sugar” in memory of a young girl who will never grow up.
Stella Music was a Balinese kitten born April 22, 2023 who was diagnosed with Feline Leukemia Virus. She was given a happy home, many warm beds and blankets, cat towers to climb, toys to play with, and the best food and supplements we could afford. We would often be in the vets office two to three times a month with steep bills. She was supposed to be isolated, but would howl out of loneliness until she was allowed to join her family so we allowed it and played things safe. Her older brother, Astrophel, was vaccinated and we took every precaution to protect both of them. Despite our best efforts, Stella was diagnosed with Lymphoma on August 8, 2024 and we had to let her go. Stella Sugar is our way of preserving her name and keeping her alive.
Astrophel and Stella were named after the medieval French sonnets written by Philip Sidney. Sidney was second in popularity to William Shakespeare during his time, and his works are worth the read.

neutral sweetness, fruity, slightly earthy
Pink Himalayan Salt
Both table salt and pink Himalayan salt consist mostly of sodium chloride, but pink Himalayan salt contains many other minerals and trace elements. These include potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. Although these minerals are in such small quantities that it’s hard to say whether or not they would actually benefit you. It is less processed than table salt, but doesn’t include the iodine that most Americans depend on for their diets.
Pink Himalayan salt contains deepan (appetizing) and pachan (digestive) properties. These may help in solving digestive problems and prevent gas accumulation. It can help with peristalsis, which is the muscle contraction that moves food through the digestive tract, and has been shown to support the gut lining.
